CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The Riverside Inn has two rooms suitable for Conference purposes:
The main function room is totally self contained with its own facilities, stage and PA system; and can cater for up to 120 delegates in theatre style, and 80 in conference style. The other room also doubles as our main dining room and is ideal for smaller training sessions for up to 40, or conference / board room sessions for up to 25 delegates. Either room can be arranged to accommodate smaller "syndicate" sessions as required. Within this context our aim is to ensure you have plenty of space not only for such syndicate activity but also to meet needs for catering and breaks. As such our recommended "maximum" numbers are well below the respective fire safety limits as laid down in our Fire Certificate.
Our catering facilities were freshly upgraded in December 1999 and we look forward to providing a range of foods or snacks to suit timings and taste. The indication of prices provided is for a delegate day rate with a basic package of refreshments including coffee or tea on reception, mid morning and afternoon beverages and a finger buffet luncheon with coffee or tea. Bottled mineral water is also provided. In addition, pre set menus or A la Carte selections can be accommodated after prior discussion and agreement.
We can also offer overnight accommodation for delegates. There are 5 Double, 5 Twin bedded rooms and one Family room (4 single beds). All have en suite facilities, tea /coffee making and colour TV. Where appropriate we can offer a "24 hour delegate rate" to include bed & breakfast.
