SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION

1. All prices given are exclusive of VAT, at the prevailing rate of 17.5%

2. The PA system in the main function room is available at the additional price of £45.00 per day.

3. Additional training aids are available for example OHP, TV/VCR as required at the additional price of £15.00 per item per day.

    4. Additional luncheon options include "choosing off the bar menu" by delegates prior to or during the morning coffee break. For budgeting purposes, add £2.00 per delegate per day. A Table d' Hote lunch menu can also be arranged by prior agreement. (For a two course option, budget for an additional £5.00 per delegate / day.)

    5. Evening meals can also be provided either for overnight delegates or by arrangement for "day delegates" at an inclusive price. These options include choosing a one or two course selection from the extensive Bar Menu (off the Board); or previously agreeing a Table d' Hote menu specifically for delegates. Please ask for menu details and prices.
